Re: physics evolves

"written by a Physicist and is backed up by mathematical proofs"

Newton wrote that Mass was constant, and proved it mathematically.

Centuries later, Einstein proved him wrong.

Neither of them probably could have guess or would understand how much time and effort we spend trying to understand our own inventions.

I'm sure they guys that wrote this are all a lot smarter than me, it doesn't take that much. But I'll stick to test results instead of the mathematical proofs. GPS (really just the WGS 84 coordinate system) is all based on a mathematical model that isn't proven, but it still works.

Go ahead and stick your head in the sand. As the saying goes, don't bother me with the facts. Physics does not evolve but our knowledge and understanding of it does. This article can help advance our understanding of sensor tech for those who are interested. For those that are not interested that's fine but those same people should refrain from discussions about which sensor produces the best IQ, a topic that creeps up constantly in these forums and attracts people who don't know what they are talking about.

Look at the picture, not the pixels
------------
Miss use of the ability to do 100% pixel peeping is the bane of digital photography because it causes people to fret over inconsequential issues.
