NX300 - slow ISO shift with hardware dial

With my NX300, I've found (at least in 1/3 stop mode), that the hardware dial on top adjusts ISO only very slowly. For example, with shutter/aperture, if I quickly move the dial three 'ticks', the shutter/aperture will adjust by 3 steps, but with ISO, if the three 'ticks' are fast it might result in e.g. only one step of shift in the ISO setting.

It seems there isn't any hardware limitation, because I can use the touchscreen to shift from one end of the ISO range to another much more quickly than with the hardware dial.

It seems to me that this is making it take way longer to adjust ISO settings than it really should, and that it ought to be an easy fix in firmware. I was wondering if other people also have this issue, and if so the best way to try to get it fixed in firmware.

Thanks!

(Using NX300 firmware 1.32)
