Trying to Decide Between D610 and D800

I am looking from some advice from people who have actually used one or both of these cameras.

I presently have a D200 and am looking to move to a newer but an FX camera. Most of my lenses are FX compatible. I shoot mainly nature with an emphasis on birds and landscapes. I will be shooting even more landscapes in the future.

In looking at these two, I could go either way (I can cover the $s diff). While I like the 36Mp in the D800, I really don't need more than the 24Mp of the D610. The faster burst mode of the D610 would be gr8 for bird pixs.

Some questions:

-How do you set Continious focus with tracking on the D610?
-On either cmaera, can you setup a set of custom settings and just "switch" to them?
-Does the D610 have the feature to fine tune the focus for each lens?
-How does the noise at high ISO compare between the two?
-Does having the extra AF points in the D800 really make a difference?
-Is having only 3 frames for bracketing in the D610 really a limitation?

Any other comments would also be appreciated. Thanks!
