I use both the NX11 & NX20. I can always see the difference in sharpness and clarity from the NX20 files.. The NX11 produces reasonable results but IMHO is very 'soft' straight out of the camera and needs considerable post processing. The NX20 produces very good jpegs at 100-800 ISO which don't always need tinkering with the RAW file.

Softness is often required in portraits. Mamiya used to produce a 'defocus' adaptor in the medium format film days as their lenses were judged 'too sharp' by some portrait specialists. The rest of us used to either breath on the lens or make up a light gel filter and shoot through that!
