I'll give a look to see what we might have but they probably shouldn't be taken as an indication of what you can do with the G3.  No offense to my dear wife but she is not a photographer and doesn't pretend to be, so her pictures suffer from a lot of operator error.

I used the G3 since summer July 2011 until I got the E-M1 6 weeks ago. I'd say the main differences for the safari would be the high ISO improvements of the E-M1 (had to take many shots at 1600 and 3200 to get the shutter speed high enough) and the IBIS. The 100-300 does obviously have OIS but as I noted up above, I found the IBIS to be a bit better in my case.
