K3 focus test: bluebirds on ice

After the ice storm passed by, I went down to the horse trails to see if I could get shots of some birds on ice-covered branches. I found a pair of Bluebirds who were cooperative. These were shot with my K3+DA*300 hand-held using AF-S with SR on, cropped for composition, then downsized for the web. No sharpening was applied during PP.

I was very pleased with how the K3 handled these challenging conditions.
