Looking for a decent long-focus lens for my NX300

Basically, I'm looking for something bigger than the 50-200mm I already have. Obviously don't mind the lack of autofocus or digital aperature control. I actually had rather good results with a Canon FD 100-300mm, but ultimately got rid of it because the huge size/weight was a strain on the body, and it was hard to stabilize with no tripod mount on the lens itself. That, and 300mm didn't prove too much better than 200mm.

So basically, I'm looking for something 400mm or bigger (can be with a tele) and with tripod mount, with emphasis on lens quality (I've had two older lenses that basically couldn't produce a sharp picture), that has an adapter available to work with the NX mount. Preferably fixed focus so its easier to work with. Aperture isn't too important, as I'd be using it mostly for stationary objects in the distance or stuff like the moon. Budget is under $500 preferably, and I'm in no hurry, so I can set some price/eBay watches.
