Interestingly I thought the landscape photography was all about fine details and lots of resolution.

This is an are where the sensors dimension makes a huge difference. This is no Stop advantage items it's just physics.

Also I have always thought that for landscape photography AF was  like a plus. A nice to have but not mission critical thing. I see I was wrong.

Despite the very good buid quality, faster burst rate (mainly due to lesser data to transfer), faster (but not more accurate) AF, and IBIS, I still think IQ plays the most important role in choosing a camera.

And there is no way EM1 can keep up with A7. Even at lower ISOs there shall always be siugnificant edge in favor of the A7 whose sensor outresolves EM1's..
