Why no TTL / EVF hybrid viewfinder

Why is there yet to be a camera with a hybrid TTL / EVF viewfinder?

Fuji did a hybrid OVF / EVF but the OVF is a rangefinder style viewfinder. While it has it's advantages, choosing focus points and exact framing are frustrating.

I love the TTL experience, but would also like the option of switching to an EVF for zoom, focus peaking, image review, WYSIWYG view, boosted light for low light etc. etc.

can anyone think of a technical reason why this has yet to be done?

With liveview and Fuji hybrid both existing, it seems to be a technical possibility.
