I don't want everybody to agree with me. I just say that - if one has to pay for it - galaxy nx is more expensive than a nx300 + a higher res 5" smartphone with more powerful hw. This is also a lighter combo than galaxy nx.

So:

- cheaper

- lighter

- more powerful in hw

- better display on smartphone

- more versatile (you can use one device at a time)

What's the galaxy nx usp compared to this???

Besides, if I have an obsession with resolution, many have....otherwise all the smartphone displays wouldn't be full hd and apple would not talk this much about 'retina'

But, my friend, what is the point in all that display capability when one is still looking at a little smartphone screen. People are being led by the nose, by the dsire to get the most resloution into a little screen. No matter hown high the resolution is, it is STILL a little screen. Put it up on a large screen TV and see the dufference. A Samsung Galaxy smartphone has a beautiful, (I know, my wife has one, this is NOT heresay), clear image on an OLED screen. So has the NX300. But put it on DVD and see the images on my 50" Plasma screen, and you will appreciate the difference. If you are only viewing your images on your camera/smartphone ot whatever, you are really NOT seeing them at all very well.
