NX20 replacement - what features would convince you to upgrade?

I have had my NX20 for well over a year now, and after coming from a Canon DSLR setup, it's shortcomings are beginning to grate on me.

The NX300 is out of the question due to the form factor - the wife hated the angular edges of the nx200, and I found it awkward to hold.

For me, the main problems of the NX20 are:

1. Autofocus. It just isn't quite fast enough. In low light it is pretty bad I find. I completely missed shots of my kids at an indoor event recently, and that really grated.

2. Missing GPS. This really should have made it into the nx20. The bolt on hotshoe thing is expensive for what it is.

3. A normal mic jack. The hotshoe mic is expensive, and you need it if you want useable audio with the NX20. The focusing noise on the NX20 is terrible. Just awful. I use my smart phone as a video recorder instead - image stabilisation is better than on the 18-55 iOS as well.

4. Silly operation of the on-camera image browser whereby if you move to the 'camera roll' view and you have a few hundred pictures, it basically just locks up trying to read them all. The wifi link app is badly affected by this.

Fix those things for a NX30 (or whatever it will be) and I'm in...

(Apple need to get RAW support sorted as well. NX20 still isn't supported whereas the NX200 is!)
