A definitive shutter shock test on E-M1 (14mm f/2.5 lens)

Here we go! This post will (hopefully) prove there IS shutter shock, and allow you to judge for yourself how bad it is, and how grip MAY affect it.

Notes: this test is underpowered, in the sense that I didn't do multiple samples. Just one set for each condition.

General test conditions: f/8.0, M mode with auto-ISO (Except for one series, where I hadn't figured out how to do auto ISO in manual mode yet ). so no "diffraction" nonsense. all shots started at 1/20, then 40, 80, 160, 320, and 500 if present

A) Proof of shutter shock.

B) how does this affect real-life shots?

C) how does grip affect the shock

I took the same target as the first test, and cut the lines out and put them all beside each other.

I will now test with the 12-40mm, and make a follow-up post.
