That makes no sense. The OM-D (Nex-7 like) has a higher pixel density than the A7r (Nex-6 like) and is therefore more sensitive to camera shake. If anything, you should be able to shoot the A7r at lower shutter speeds than the OM-D.

It's the MP count that matters here, not the pixel size/density. More MPs (higher resolution) makes camera shake more visible.
