Need advice re: lenses for trip to South America

I'm trying to decide which lenses to take on a month-long trip to South America. We'll be visiting quite a few high spots, scenically speaking, and I want to have good flexibility for capturing scenery and wildlife, without being weighed down with too many lenses.

I plan to take my E-M5 with my E-PM2 as backup. Available lenses include: Olympus 12-50, 14-42, 40-150, 45, and 14-150, plus Panasonic 20 (all micro).

I've been wondering whether getting a longer lens (probably the Olympus 75-300) would be a good idea, for instance for wildlife viewing in the Galapagos and along the Amazon. In previous travels with the M43 kit, I haven't found too much use for long telephotos, but maybe this itinerary would be different.

Would appreciate insights and suggestions re: lenses to take, and why. Thanks --
