We received a statement late Monday night from Media Eye Sdn Bhd confirming that the stamps for the Visit Malaysia Year 2014 campaign designed by them were submitted as drafts to the two government agencies.

Sounds like back pedaling to me. Why would they have gone to the trouble of editing in a new branch and otherwise trying to disguise the photos if it was only a draft? Why would the Pos post a "poster" of stamps that could not be purchased?
