I think it'll eventually come (ML), but the balance will remain, with most sales in smaller/cheaoer systems, it's just economics 101, higher prices, smaller markets, the income pyramid is eternal, in relative terms.

That said, since ML is likely coming earlier in APS-C than in FF, that is something to observe, but it may go differently. Nikon has an edge so far re AF for ML (Aptina tech), but for some reason they are not doing it yet, even on a hybrid. SO, for Nikon my view is that they will frist move to a hybrid VF, keeping the mirrorbox, until the tech matures.

My bet is they will keep the F-mount for FF, ML or not, but that may change for APS-C, given the minimal flange distance that is way too much for making smaller (thinner) bodies.
