thanks, it's clear now.

so the 16-50mm frm fuji is better than nx 18-55 or 20-50, for you?

I prefer the Fuji 16-50mm to the 18-55, but only for the wide end. I would take either over the Sony kit lenses. Maybe I shouldn't even say the Fuji definitively won round 1 for the kit lens, I did it more because it helped my writing flow.

I haven't compared the Fuji to the 20-50mm yet.

What I should do is run a test of OIS between the 18-55 and 16-50 (I can do OIS tests using my test chart).

Eric

I would agree with you conclusion on the kit lens, judging from the photos I have seem for the Fuji 16-50, I think it is a bit better than the NX 18-55, and both are better than the Sony kit.

Although I am a bit surprise by your iso3200 result, I had expect the Fuji to be better, guess I was wrong. But the Fuji photo actually look brighter than the Samsung, so this might affect the result making the Samsung to give better IQ. But one thing I have notice from DPR, if pixel peep the Fuji, it is not as sharp as the NX300 that  I took. The NX300 image at iso100 is very very clean, and even at iso3200 with NR off, which I had posted earlier in another thread, also looked very good, relatively speaking.
