Yes I do. I ran a website called Graphics Depot from 1996 to 2003. I sold and gave away thousands of images.

Copyright law gives you the right to decide what to do with your creative works. If you want to give them away you are free to do so. Of course it also gives others the right to decide what to do with their creative works and, just because you give yours away, that doesn't suddenly mean that everyone else must (or that third parties have any right to just use stuff without permission).
