Malaysian court case

This gets you some fame and a few $$$

Definitely infringing your IP as you own the RAW. The US stamp court case was ruled that the post owed the artist 3.75% of turnover made directly and indirectly (merchandise) from the stamp.

You have to bring this to a Malaysian court though. So you need:

1. Proof of stamp is genuine

The FB page is not from the post office. Moreover, look at https://www.posonline.com.my/setemku/index.asp : Seems it is possible to make the post print your own stamp, based on your photo! Therefore, you need to buy a sheet of stamps with the infringing stamp somewhere.

2. Estimate of turnover with this stamp already made, and to be made until withdrawn.

You'll probably have to come up with a similiar license fee claim for damages of lost income too.
