As a Malaysian, I can tell you the IP infringement is rampant and largely ignored here. Walk down the street, pick up a magazine, watch the TV, and you're surrounded by it. I work in media and have been instructed to use unauthorized content on several occasions. No action is taken unless you can afford a hotshot lawyer and drum up a big public case. Which I hope you do.

Not that you'll ever get the govt or Post office responsible. At best, the blame will go to some lowly student contractor who got paid $10/hour to do the job. I know this sounds bad, but just giving you a heads up. I personally hope you get your fair dues.
