Angle! Prolly the easiest thing in any photo editing to change!

If you want to compare the two paste them onto separate layers and use the opacity to see how different the two images are.

Yes. Put them on two Layers. Then change the Blending Layer of the top Layer to Difference in PS. Then using Transform on the top Layer you can Move it, Scale it and Rotate it until it is exactly on top of the lower Layer. And differences in the image will stand out. It is a classic PS method.
