Re: Mirrorless DSLR..sorry but they are pretty crap

after reading a few of these Burn posts...perhaps I could have done a better job in trying out the EM1....one thing that did bug me straight of the bat was the position 1/2 button..but im sure you'd get used to that .. ....having the Exposure compensation when in aperture priority on the front dial felt good...nice and easy to adjust the exposure

Oh I didn't think I was attacking others but rather the camera..but yes I do see that my post can be read like that if you own  Mirrorless gear ..sorry about that

:-)...Ill start the thread with a smile..but after trying a Oly EM1 today EVFs will have to be a quantum leap better before I go that way..VF blackout was terrible as was the colours that the VF displayed..Lag is also a problem..sorry and all but I fear Ill have to lug the D800 a while longer or look at the new Df or whatever its going to be called ....

if your serious about you hobby/profession then the Mirrorless is just a toy

im not prepared to lose that connection with the subject and the EVF does just that.. other than that it was not a bad camera

Translation: "I didn't like this one camera I found on the shelf and played with, and couldn't be bothered to learn anything about what I was doing. Therefore everyone using this camera is not serious." Implied subtext: i'm better than you because I bought a D800.

Apparently the only thing YOU are serious about is attacking others. Doesn't sound much like a professional behavior to me. Perhaps you should just forget about cameras entirely.
