100% crop ?

100% crop ?

I wonder if someone would be so kind as to explain this to me.  In reading camera reviews the reviewer gets to the part about image quality and shows an enlarged image that is referred to as a 100% crop.  Now if the original sensor image is from a FF camera the sensor is 24 x 36 mm.  So this 100% crop represents what degree of enlargement ??  What print size would it be equivalent to ?
