Radiopopper RPCube

I am having issues getting some new RPCubes to work

Here is the hardware I have

Radiopopper JRX Transmitter – QTY 1
Radiopopper JRX Studio Receiver – QTY 2
Radiopopper RPCube - QTY 2
Radiopopper 2' Male->Male Miniack cable – QTY 2

Canon 420EX Flash

Canon 600ex-rt Flash

When I plug the Flashes into the RPCube, and plug the RPCube with the supplied cable into the JRX receivers,
I cannot get the flashes to fire at all.

I have read online that possibly the cable supplied was defective, so I tried several other cables with the same result

The Switch setting on the receivers are as follows
1-6 OFF
7&8 ON

The Switch setting on the transmitter is as follows
1-6 OFF

The website says "Canon: The JrX Receiver with RPCube will control power on all Canon flashes."

I have tried turning the flash on after the JRX and cube are connected, and vise versa

I can connect the JRX directly to the 600exrt via the PC Sync port and it will fire reliably but cannot control the light output power this way

Please help
