These sort of ISO's are a bit of a joke with any small sensor camera but I admire your efforts putting pressure on Samsung to up their game with firmware quality.

If you shoot in RAW+JPEG and take a shot at ISO 12800 (after figuring out how to get that to work) it writes a 3M JPEG and a 3M RAW file to the card. The EX2F doesn't have a 3M imager thus it should not put out a 3M RAW file! Needless to say, the 3M RAW is basically corrupt will not display in Lightroom. It even shows a big band of corruption down the right side of the image in the Samsung RAW Converter 4!
If you take RAW+ shots in ANY of the other resolutions or ISO's the RAW will ALWAYS be the 12M RAW even though you may have selected a 5MP output file. This is the correct behavior.
Man these Samsung firmware people are just terrible at testing their work! At least it's stable.
Still like the camera though.
