Not without raising  your prices big time going from part time (making money on the side on weekends) to full time job.  And sadly the people "hiring" the "part time" photographers are looking for a cheap price.  If they weren't, they'd be going to established full time photographers.  I've read it so many times on photography forums of someone going from free to low paying and everyone running away.  Same would happen when going from $100 for a photoshoot with all pics on a CD to $400 for a photoshoot and 15 low res. pics on CD, pay for prints.
