i5 4200U vs i7 4500U in photoshop

I may have found perfect laptop for editing photos...
Im on the road 99% of the time and while i dont need super portability and would prefer 15" at least
The screen and colors of lenovo yoga 2 are just astonishing... I mean you have to see it personaly.
Its probably if not the most briliant screen ive ever seen period, on the laptop for sure... On par or better then retina macbooks or ipads

But, is the i5 or i7 enough to work with 200-500mb tiffs applying layers and filter etc enough?? It needs to be pretty snappy otherwise usage will get frustrating for me...
Is there any real world difference between the 2 processors? I mean i can wait sec or 2 extra to process applying of something but if its too much...
I had macbook pro 13" second gen i5 2.3 couple years ago ( with 8gb ram and ssd) and it was barely acceptable for me speed wise. Maybe haswells are much better ?
