Who Wants a DA 29 mm f2.0 Limited Lens?

Ricoh has a patent for 29/f1.9 — beg them.

It is somewhat awkward that with Pentax brand Ricoh prides in best support for APS-C, yet it doesn't have a prime lens ready for that format, which would be 28mm or so.

And is even funnier to see local forum natives, naysayers and knee-jerkers to point to DA21 or FA31 as "a solution", and dismissing any thought that with a one extra lens or two, the Pentax range would attract MUCH MORE educated and discerning photographers. Which indadvertedly confirms they who say no to such an addition, are not discerning nor professional in any sense.

Good photographers (coming from an other system of course) first look at what focal lengths are covered by the new system, and NOT what lenses are available. Because first says was the system well-thought out and claims what it claims to be. The other, is just an excuse for the lack of first.
