Ah, no.  The more I use IBIS the less I actually like it.  Even in my A99 I find that it randomly blurs images for no apparent reason.  IBIS can totally be substituted with a tripod.  I.e. it isn't really a required feature, just nice if you don't want to carry a tripod but don't mind giving up a bit of image quality over what a tripod can offer.

Sure, I like having IBIS, but don't really notice much when I don't have it, the trick is to just watch and make sure you don't let your shutter speed drop too much.  Usually subject movement is the limiting factor anyway.
