For your lost of some shot, it does not equal to Samsung fault. There's millions of other people carrying a much simple camera model or old camera who's also lost many shots, so they should blame the camera makers? I don't think so. It's all about planning.

Oh, surely I blame Samsung for my NX20 of the year 2012 to be not on par speedwise with a DSLR of the year 2004. If I switch on one of my older DSLRs (Nikon or Fujifilm), it's immediately usable. If I change the mode, I don't have to wait. Even storing away of RAWs (except the Fuji) is much faster. Please keep in mind, that I got my Nikon D70 2004, I don't even compare with my D700 of 2009...

Ok, mostly I'm satisfied with my NX20, because it's lightwight, the image quality is great and the kit I take with me is small. It contains the NX20 and lenses from 12 to135mm and fits into the same bag, I use to carry the D700 with the 24-70 only. If I need a fast camera, I take the Nikon. But sometimes the slow speed of the NX is just annoying and the reliability could be much better!

Whats missing from Samsung, is where do they want to go with NX. Even if the Samsung 2/135 OIS I'm waiting for would appear out of thin air today, I won't buy it, since I don't know if the NX20 will get a usable replacement next year. The Galaxy NX is not the way I want to take...
