Re: What's missing from Samsung?

Well I'd say the lenses are fine for now although a 50mm or 55mm 1.8 or 1.4 would be nice (I find the 85 too long at times and the 60mm too slow). Every other maker has it (the 45mm is alright but a little too wide). There certain things they could be fixing now

1 move the maginify focus box for non-native lenses (every other manaufacturer has this and its a software update)

2 focus peaking in video (this is what it was designed for)

3 Ability to set video bit rate or at least more variation that whats currently available.

3 electronic first curtain shutter (was there in the nx20 but only for native lenses and is now gone on the nx300). If you're using long lenses or a microscope this is a dealbreaker.

4 They have an electronic shutter for 30 shot burst mode but its only half res. Activate it for full res even if its only really 1/10s speed and might have some distortions (panasonic did this)

5 Open up the wifi control to third party apps (you should see what you can do with a 4 year old Canon)
