Most logical replacement would be for both NEX-5T and NEX-6

It would be an A5000 which would have a similar body format to the A3000 but with an improved EVF and LCD and probably a sensor with on-chip PDAF

The next 'A' release would likely be an A9 which would be a 'professional' level FF which would have additional features over the A7 like 5-axis stabilisation etc.  SAR is already muttering about such a camera being released in Q1 2014 but of course that is just a rumour
