If you're already using a Nex 5, 6 or 7, don't worry about the pixel density of the 36 mp sensor. An APS-C crop from the 36 mp FF sensor is approximately 15 mp, so its pixel density is slightly less than the Nex 5n or 6 and a lot less than the Nex 7.

Point taken but that is why I want IBIS on the NEX 7 format !

If you start pixel peeping at high shutter speeds with IBIS on, you might be in for a shock. IBIS suits certain speeds only and can add a few stops, but it can also cause a few issues as well depending on the shutter speed. A tripod adds a lot more stops though at any shutter speed.
