I have to ask... so what?  There are pictures of children EVERYWHERE.  Look at any number of magazines, catalogs, children's websites and you'll find thousands of pictures of children.  Should these not be published for fear some perv is sitting at home having a pull while looking at them?  And if you're going to tell me that those pictures were published with permission, I'll again ask, so what?  Does that permission include the permission for the perv to do his business?  Are those parents being irresponsible and subjecting their children to harm?  This fear you seem to have that someone might see a picture of a child is built on an irrational foundation.
