Nikon D5100 v D5200
I'm new to the forums and I'm looking for some help. I'm looking to buy a Nikon camera, I've been interested in photography for a long time, (wouldn't say I'm very good but I like it as a hobby), I have a Pentax camera at the moment but its quite old now so I want to upgrade. I'm looking at the D5100 & D5200 and I'm not sure which one I should go for, there's only about $120 in the difference but I don't know if I should get the D5100 and just spend the extra money on another lense or should I get the D5200 and save and get the lense in a few months? The difference isn't that big between the two but I'm not sure if there's that much difference between the two cameras anyway!!
Any help is apprecieted, thanks
Hi and welcome. Even though many owners of Coolpix cameras also own a DSLR or two, you will likely get more useful information in a forum dedicated to Nikon DSLR cameras:
