Using the X-Trans X-E1 means that I have to change my workflow by using a separate converter, generate additional files which need to be imported into Lightroom if I want to use my LR plug-ins and add-ons to end up with the same result (with no appreciable difference for me).

and what is the dynamic range, color depth, structure drawings, noise?

Do you mean between the X-A1 and X-E1? I'd say they're the same - much better than any M43, among the best of the current APS-C sensors (the only contender may be the D7100)
