something wierd is going on with 3880
I printed a 17x25 image, 13x21 image on 17x25 paper. I used CM profile and the print on BC PuraSmooth looked very flat. So i decided to try the stock profile instead of my CM generated profile. I cut another 17x25 sheet and hit print. The colors were better; more vibrant, but instead of 13 inch wide image i got just under 6 inch image. This has happened to me before on canvas print; then somehow the problem went away. Anyhow, i decided to feed that same, ruined, sheet of paper into 3880 and try again. The second attempt printed 7.75 inch width, it printed over the already printed 6 inches and added 1.75 inches to the left. In all cases, earlier with canvas and now with these prints the image is printed on the rightmost side of the printer as you are looking at it. In all cases the top feeding path was used. The image is not compressed to a more narrow width; the image is just cut off.
In all cases Photoshop was used as the printing app.
Any one has any ideas on what is going on?
