Similar nonsense in the UK. A couple of months ago, I photographed some highly efficient road resurfacing not 100 yards from my front door (inner city London). I was approached by the foreman who told me that if I included any of his workforce in my images, I would need his permission first. Given the amount of street CCTV in the area, I wonder if he warned the controllers of that too.
