Another post-process that works well for complexions is what Nix Software calls 'Structure'. Using their Viveza plugin you can set your selected amount of Structure and paint it on with a brush where you want it. That way the skin can be softened and the eyes remain sharp. I used -20 Structure on your photo. I can also be used to sharpen fine details.
