I'd suggest otherwise. I can (& do) charge a day rate for an hours work plus travel doing architectural work. My architectural shots are no better than most experienced amateurs. Many pro's produce mediocre images, but get hired due to their business sense & professional image.

Sure, but what I meant was that being a photographer does not automatically make you know all about running a business. There are probably way more photographers out of business out there than photographers in business.
