There's only one thing I really hate about the E-PL5, though. On the E-PM2, during "playback," turning the control dial will zoom the image in and also you can preview multiple images by "zooming out." On the E-PL5, it seems like I have to use another button for that and turning the dial just goes back and forth between images. I find that really clunky, since the E-PM2 had it right by zooming in and out and going back and forth between images with a single dial. It just seems far more intuitive than the E-PL5 setup. Is there any way to fix that to behave more like the E-PM2?
Thanks.
Yes, it's the Magnify and UnMagnify next to it that do that job and the dial does the image selection, I can't see any way of changing the dial function in playback.
With my E-PL5 I am now in the habit of finger swiping left or right to advance images and touch the bottom right corner to get the Magnify slider. Once magnified though, the finger just moves around the image, the dial is needed to advance at the same magnification.
Um, standards, how nice to have so many !
Some E-PL5 stuff found in my pages.

Cool. I also saw this:

What I find frustrating, though, is that the E-PM2 did ALL of this with just a single control dial.
Clockwise zooms in. Counterclockwise zooms out. When zooming out past the image, index mode. Navigate with using the directional buttons on the control dial. Then, zoom in to see the picture. Press OK to edit.
E-PL5 requires the zoom button, and the index button to do something that the E-PM2 completely replaced by just letting you rotate the control dial, something I find a lot more intuitive, and that would be OK if the E-PL5 then gave us something cool that rotating the dial does, but rotating it does nothing. Annoying.
