Your 35-100/2 is equivalent to 70-200/4 on a full format camera. By equivalent I mean it will have the same iris opening, it will let the same amount of light in, and will produce virtually the same images. The numerical one to one exposure means absolutely nothing here, since the signal gets boosted to the same level anyway. You do not get the same photons, you amplify the signal.

As for Nikon mirrorless, I would not know they had one. So much I care, you know.
