Enlarging techniques, help with a clean 600% increase requested

All I'm writing is your 600% increase requested number is wrong

You show here a number 203MP your camera d70 is a 6mp camera. If the image is not cropped that 203/6 works out to be a 33+times increase or 3380%. You cropped the 6mp down to near 2.2MP to then go up to 203MP is near 9000%. The 100% crop you posted is a big blur. If you print at 100dpi or print at 300dpi they both will be a very soft image will the 300dpi print be better looking then the 100dpi print ? Why not make a test print yourself. Crop the image and resize up to 69"x17" at 100DPI sharpen for prin, print and be the judge.
