No lenses - What to get until 40-150 f2.8 Pro is available?

I'm leaning heavily towards the E-M1 over the GX7 due to:

1) Weather sealing

2) 5 Axis Stabilization

3) More customizable

I'm leaning somewhat towards the 12-40 f2.8 Pro due:

1) Seems dumb to spend all that money on a body and not get the best image possible since that is why I'm considering moving up from my FZ200 bridge

-1) I am concerned that it will be too large and that is why I'm considering m43 over DSLR

I've learned recently that the kit that includes the 12-40 Pro won't be available until next year.

I don't know if I will wait that long or not but I've also read that the 40-150 Pro won't be available until the second half of 2014. Assuming that is true what should I do in the mean time?

I'm used to the FZ200's 25-600mm (35mm) range so dropping down to 300mm is quite a step but dropping down to 80mm is unthinkable.

Recommendations very much appreciated.
