RX100m2 - Sony service experience
I thought I'd share my recent experience with Sony USA service. My one-month-old RX100m2 developed a stuck lens cover blade.
August 28: camera received by Sony
August 29: status - "The Sony product that you have inquired about is currently with a technician. The repair has not yet been completed. Repairs take approximately 10 working days to complete."
August 30: camera mailed back to me
I was impressed.
