What are the best Quality/Price lapel/lavalier and shotgun Microphone
After reading all the helpful advices I’ve been given in this forum, i just bought a Sony a57.
Now I need an audio recording device. At first I was think of simply getting a shotgun microphone to plug in the mic jack but then I’ve read that its better to get a standalone audio recorder.
The videos I plan on filming would not involve a lot of actors nor moving around. They will basically be filmed in a talk show format where the host talks straight to the camera.
So I decided to get an lapel/lavalier microphone and a shotgun microphone and mix the audio later but then I realized that the variety of equipment is just overwhelming.
So my question is : What are the best Quality/Price lapel/lavalier and shotgun Microphones
Budget : 200$ - 300$
Filming location : indoor – No sound proof insulation
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me
