Re: Mercedes Benz test drive review of the GR V.

Interesting review, and it's nice to see the GR get recognition and approval, but the reviewer, Marcus Bloom, was mistaken about a couple of technical aspects of the camera. Bloom writes: "Technically speaking, the heart of the Ricoh GR V is a 16-megapixel APS-C size image sensor paired with a 28mm f/2.8 fixed lens (equivalent to a 35mm lens on a full frame sensor)," but the lens is actually an 18.5mm f/2.8, equivalent to a 28mm lens on a FF camera.

He also says, "There’s a 35mm crop mode (equivalent to 50mm on a full frame camera), which allows you view and shoot at 35mm directly in camera." The GR's 35mm crop mode is not equivalent to 50mm on a FF camera; it's equivalent to 35mm on a FF camera.
