It's the same deal in "A" (aperture priority) mode.

With the lens in 2D, if I press "Fn" I get an on-screen menu.  Top-right on the menu is the aperture settings, with ISO settings below that.  In all, I see: Shutter speed (ghosted), Aperture, EV, ISO, White Balance, Picture Wizard, Smart Filter, Metering, AF Mode, AF Area, Drive, and Flash.

If I set it to 3D, and press "Fn", the on-screen menu is much more limited:  3D Auto Mode, EV, White Balance, Picture Wizard, Photo Size, Drive.

I've tried with 3D Auto Mode on and off, and with both 4.1M and 2.1M picture sizes -- it continues to show F6.0 when I shoot.
