Bought the NX300, no ISO 100?

When I shoot in auto mode, the camera will adjust itself down to ISO 100 if it decides to. But if I switch to any of the other modes (p,a,s,m) I can select any ISO I want with the exception of ISO 100, it is there but greyed out. It can't be selected.

I bought the NX300 with the 18-55mm lens. Bought the 50-200 lens separately and the problem persists regardless of lens.

On a side note, all three items are stamped "made in China", which I found odd. I was expecting South Korea. Are all NX300 made in China?
