E1 with 14-54 sealed solution?

D3200 sensor is miles cleaner.

Lack of dynamic range? The E-1? Not mine.

The DR lack is relative to the D3200, not relative to your shooting needs. The D3200 is so clean it doesn't even use gain to get to higher ISO's, it simply boosts the base shot.

Try shooting the E1 at 100 iso and boosting to 6400 iso and see if it looks anything like the D3200 6400 iso shot.

Is the D3200 weather sealed?

I was only discussing the sensor characteristics. As to sealing, I would take a well serviced E1 + 14-54 over just about any other non-submersible camera out there.
